Junior Beverage Transport Coordinator

With strategically located offices and warehouses in Rotterdam and Oslo, Norway, we serve as a central hub for storage and distribution. Our dedicated team of beverage transport specialists collaborates seamlessly to ensure the safe and timely delivery of beverages to their end destinations.

As our Junior Beverage Transport Coordinator, you will work closely with our experienced team. Our team is tight knitted and focuses on fostering a friendly and informal work environment. In the dynamic landscape of our industry, where we engage with sister companies and an extensive international network of clients and suppliers daily, proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.

Your key responsibilities include:

· Learning and assisting with custom formalities related to beverage transport.

· Communicating with clients and coordinating multimodal transports.

· Collaborating with team members on route planning and surveys.

· Managing administrative tasks related to transport, including tax returns.

We are looking for a candidate who:

· Is a junior eager to start at an entry-level position.

. Is entrepreneurial, driven and inquisitive

. Is equipped with the resources needed to contribute to the daily operation.

· Has good knowledge of English; proficiency in French and/or German is a plus.

· Has a basic understanding of custom formalities or is willing to undergo relevant education.

· Lives near our office in the Port of Rotterdam or can commute.

· Fits well into a small team environment with 3 team members.

· Is enthusiastic about learning and has the potential for further studies and education.
